Hey guys!! I have been off in baby land for months now and have not blogged–or even thought about blogging. I do keep my instagram updated with our daily life, so come follow along! Anyway, I thought this would be fun way to come back. Rosalie is here and is the light of our life! She was born May 27th and turned our world upside down, sideways and inside out. She’s incredible and being a mom is unlike anything I could have imagined. It took some weeks to really get into the swing of things but now we’re in a place that is just fun (and exhausting).
Oh my goodness, has this been the most fun room to decorate! Styling a room for littles is unlike anything else. The world of inspiration is endless, on top of that, my heart gets to lead the way. Greg and I are just a few weeks away from meeting our first child. I can hardly believe I’m writing those words. This pregnancy has flown by, just as everyone said it would and now we’re anticipating the arrival of our most precious gift. We’re about to be a family of three! Let’s jump into the nursery design, shall we?
I’d like to go ahead and preface this post with the fact that I have absolutely no idea what to expect and I could be completely over/under packed here! Between bloggers, YouTubers and people you know who have children, there are so many differing opinions about what you actually need to bring with you to the hospital. I’m very aware of the difference between “needs” and “wants” but I also have no idea if I’ll be in and out quickly or if I’ll labor for a long time. So, I’m going with my gut and bringing what I think feels right for us!
